The Cape Cod Mansion, pictured above, is 6' x 8' inside with a 3' porch attached.

*Shown in gray paint, white trim, gray shingles, red shutters, with optional coverd porch and child's porch swing..  Also available in other styles without the porch or dormers.

The Cape Cod Mansion comes with 5 ft. side walls, straight trim around roof, 2 dormers with windows, 2 windows with shutters, 1 adult door, 1 child's door in front.
