Description
Standard Features Include: 6’6″ high walls, 4.5′ wide double doors, 3-tab shingles, aluminum outside corners, and pressure treated floor joists. No gable vents, aluminum sill plates, or “X” trim on door.. Walls are built with 2 x 4’s 24″ on center (instead of the standard 16″ on center). Walls and roof sheeting are constructed using OSB plywood. Windows are optional.
